Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of elitepropx.com and any challenge-passing engagement you enter into with us. Please read them before you pay, because they describe both what the service includes and the risk you are accepting.

Who we are

ElitePropX operates the website at elitepropx.com and provides a paid service that trades a prop firm evaluation on your behalf. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean ElitePropX, and “you” means the person engaging the service or using the site.

The service

One flat fee of $220 covers a single challenge-passing engagement, at any account size from $5,000 to $400,000. Where an engagement is described as including retries, those retries are covered on any account we are actively managing. The specifics of any engagement are as described on our passing service page and in our written messages to you before you pay.

You keep the funded account and every payout it produces. We take no profit split, no commission and no subscription, ever.

Fees and payment

Our service fee is payable in advance and is what you pay us. It is separate from the prop firm’s own evaluation fee, which you pay directly to the firm and which we neither collect nor control. Payment terms, including any retry or refund arrangement that applies to your engagement, are as stated on the service page and in our messages to you before you pay.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee that any evaluation will be passed. We make no promise of profit, income, funding or any particular result, and we publish no win rates or performance claims. Anyone who offers you a guaranteed pass, or a guaranteed return, is promising something that cannot honestly be promised.

Risk disclosure

Letting a third party trade your evaluation may conflict with your prop firm’s own terms of service. That risk is real and we disclose it before you pay, not after. Where a firm prohibits third-party trading, an account we manage may be breached or terminated by the firm, and you may not be able to recover the evaluation fee you paid to that firm. Nothing on this website is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and no educational content we publish is a trading signal or a recommendation.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for reading your firm’s current rulebook before engaging us, for providing accurate evaluation credentials, for paying the firm’s own fees directly, and for complying with the laws and tax rules that apply to you. You confirm that you are authorised to engage us to trade the account you give us.

Our website content

Guides, comparisons, reviews and tools on this site are provided for general information. Rule figures published by prop firms change frequently, so always treat your firm’s live dashboard and rulebook as authoritative over anything on this site, including our rules matrix. The text, layout and graphics of this site belong to ElitePropX and may not be republished without permission.

Privacy

How we handle your information, including evaluation credentials and contact details, is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the service fee you have paid us for the engagement concerned. We are not liable for losses arising from a prop firm’s decision to breach or terminate an account, from rule changes made by a firm, or from the outcome of a challenge. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date of the last update is shown by the page itself. If a change is material to an engagement already underway, we will tell you about it directly.
